It can be tempting to spend a lot of time scrolling through feeds and engaging with online content. It's crucial for students to limit their time on social media platforms. Social media can be a major distraction and can take away valuable study time.  However, it's important to be mindful of the impact it can have on our lives. In a blog, I would highlight the benefits of using social media responsibly, such as staying connected with friends and family, accessing educational resources, and building a personal brand. I would also discuss the potential downsides, such as the risk of addiction, negative effects on mental health, and distractions from real-life experiences. Ultimately, finding a healthy balance and setting boundaries with social media usage is key. 📱💻🤝

It's super important for students to avoid using their phones excessively. When we spend too much time on our phones, it can be a major distraction from our studies and other important tasks. Let's encourage our students to stay disciplined and limit phone time so they can be more productive and successful in their academic pursuits. 📚🚫📱

English Language: A Medium of Communication

Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the English language. As a child, I often wondered if I would be able to speak this beautiful language with confidence and flair. I admired my seniors in school and my English educators in college. I also held great respect for Professor Mr. BK Ghai, whom I met while pursuing a Diploma in Creative Writing at the IGNOU center in Ludhiana. During my childhood time, English was less fashionable, and those who spoke the language were considered superior and received significant attention. A family member deeply ingrained this notion in us. This perception drove me towards mastering English, as there was an unusual hype around the language. However, I came to realize much later in life that English is just like any other language that is used as a medium to communicate your ideas. And this idea of superiority was unfounded. Now, policymakers too have come to  realise the fact and now have given the desired place to native languages in the school curriculum through NEP 2020.NEP focuses on literacy and numeracy in primary classes, where these subjects will be taught mainly in their native languages: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi or Punjabi.

Now it is high time for us all to accept the fact that English is just a language, not a criteria to judge anyone. Yes, It is also undeniable that English has attained the stature of international language and is mandatory to know if we want to flourish globally.

Ultimately, the decision of how much we wish to learn it lies with us ....

आत्म विश्वास का अर्थ है आपने अपने आप को अपना लिया है। आप जैसे हैं, उसमें खुश हैं। जब मन शांत होता है तो आपका जीवन भी स्थिर हो जाता है। आप प्रत्येक परिस्थिति में सजग और सूचेत रहने लगते हैं। इसलिए आत्मविश्वास वह शक्ति  है जो सफलता की राहों में आने वाली अड़चनों, कठिनाइयों और परेशानियों से मुकाबला करने के लिए व्यक्ति को शक्ति प्रदान करती है क्योंकि कहते हैं _ "जो भी करना खुद के दम पर करना क्योंकि खुद के दम पर रचा गया इतिहास दुनिया याद रखती है।" इसलिए हमें अपने आप को साबित करने के लिए किसी दूसरे के सहारे की जरूरत नहीं है हम अपने बल पर बहुत कुछ कर सकते हैं पर शर्त यह है कि हमारे अंदर आत्मविश्वास होना चाहिए। क्योंकि अगर आत्मविश्वास की कमी हो तो
लोग हमेशा संदेह और चिताओं में ही घिरे रहते हैं। हम अपने बीते हुए कल से बहुत कुछ सीख सकते हैं। कई बार   हमने भूतकाल में बहुत सारी सफलताएंँ प्राप्त की है, पर कुछ हालात  के कारण वर्तमान में आप उन सफलताओं को प्राप्त नहीं कर पाए लेकिन जो भूतकाल में की गई सफलताओं ने ही आपको एक अजीब एक असीमित खुशी दी होती है जिसे आप कभी भी भूल नहीं सकती तो हमेशा इस सफलताओं को याद करके अपना आत्मविश्वास  बढ़ाएंँ क्योंकि कई बार हमारा आत्मविश्वास  इतना कम होता है कि हम सिर्फ़ अपने बारे में ही सोचते हैं लेकिन दुनिया से डरते हैं । हम दूसरे लोगों पर ध्यान बंद कर देंगे तो अपने आप ही हमारे में आत्मविश्वास आना शुरू हो जाएगा तब आप  समझ जाओगे कि हमारे में आत्मविश्वास क्या होता है, और दुनिया में क्या कर सकते हैं क्योंकि आत्मविश्वास से सफलता मिलती है और सफलता से आत्मविश्वास बढ़ता है। इसीलिए तो कहते हैं खुद पर हो विश्वास और  कर्म पर हो आस्था, फिर   कितनी हो बाधा  मिल जाता है रास्ता।

Teenage

Teenage is a crucial phase of life where individuals go through a myriad of experiences. It's a period marked by falls, rises, breakdowns, and learning from mistakes. No one can escape this phase, as it plays a vital role in one's mental development.

Teenagers often find themselves irrationally angry about inconsequential matters, causing disturbances along their path. Hormonal changes can make them easily irritable, leading to a cloud of negative thoughts. They tend to prioritize others' opinions over their own and sometimes favour friends over family. Even minor mistakes can seem overwhelming, leading them to avoid problems rather than confront them. Self-doubt plagues them, affecting their academic performance as they allocate time to other pursuits. They forget to love themselves and frequently perceive themselves as inferior to their peers. Questions abound, driven by curiosity, but answers are often elusive.

However, these challenges can be overcome. With proper guidance, teenagers can stabilize both their academic and mental well-being. Positivity thrives when their surroundings are supportive and optimistic. Parents play a crucial role in providing answers to their questions, while the right friends can serve as pillars of support during tough times.

Teenage years serve as the initial step from childhood to adulthood, a period filled with storms. But these storms are temporary. Skipping this phase risks falling and never reaching the final destination of maturity.

EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION

The Early Childhood Care and Education programmer recognizes that children learn best through play and learning by doing. The ECCE Curriculum must adopt a play and activity based approach in which the learning processes are based on the needs, interests, abilities and social context of the children for whom it is planned. 

My personal believes about children and learning include; make the children feel safe and comfortable because safety is the first and the foremost thing in a child care center. Children should learn the basic concepts of life. Some of these include, reading and writing, science and math, art and games. Children need a good sense of education to teach them the basic things they need. 

The purposes of early childhood education are; teaching the kids what they need to know in order to go kindergarten. Giving them a voice, and letting them be heard with what they want to say.  By letting them know they have a voice, let them feel a sense of comfort and safety. Motivating and encouraging will help them to do what is right. Promoting Yes ,I can attitude about wanting to do things. 

I believe that children learn best when they are taught by including some interactive ways. These include; How teachers teach for example; if the teacher does not ask you questions, and never answers the questions it can cause the children to face difficulties in learning. If the teacher does ask questions, and interacts with the children it makes learning a lot easier. The environment of the classroom, and how children interact with others. A positive classroom with positive attitudes means that the children will learn.
