My name is Yuvraj. I am from +1 Commerce A. Today, I am sharing my own experience regarding truth and honesty in this written blog. 

Truth and honesty are vast concepts that can transform your life, beliefs, and perceptions. We should always speak the truth about ourselves in front of others and also be truthful to ourselves. This practice keeps our confidence high in every kind of situation, and it prevents the emergence of overconfidence in our thoughts. It sharpens our thinking. Yes, it is correct that speaking the truth and practicing honesty require a significant amount of confidence, but they also define us as real men and women. Honesty and truthfulness not only give us a good personality but also bestow an amazing character upon us within society, setting us apart from others.

Honesty establishes an unbreakable kind of trust in relationships and friendships because trust is the foundation of any relation. It truly works when you reveal more truths about yourself to others, and they begin to trust you blindly. I have observed that having these good habits of being honest and truthful in nature not only helps you make good friends, but it also naturally attracts positive people and vibes to your personality and character. Some people might label you as "egotistic" when you speak the truth about them, provide advice about their matters, personalities, and decisions. They might distance themselves from you not because you spoke about them, but because they perceive you as having an arrogant personality.

The solution to this issue is to ignore these kinds of people. Remember, only honest and truthful people will recognize you as a genuine person; others will view you as arrogant. Being straightforward and thinking clearly are qualities that lead a human to success. Famous American statesman Benjamin Franklin once said, "Honesty is the best policy," and that is true because this policy offers many benefits, such as: Through honesty, you'll be known as an authentic person. Through honesty, you can easily achieve your goals. Honesty strengthens your perspective. This policy broadens your possibilities. We should always be honest and truthful with our parents, teachers, and friends.

👧👧 Girls/Women and Their Safety

A 'woman' or a 'girl,' no matter her age or relationship – whether she's your mother, daughter, sister, or anyone else – her safety matters greatly. In many countries these days, girls and women are facing sexual assault, abuse, and even prenatal killings. New technology is being misused against women, and incidents like acid attacks are on the rise. This raises the questions: Are we blind? Can't we see what's happening around us? Can't we protect them?

The answers are that we are not blind, but we often act as if we are. We can see everything, yet we often fail to take action. We have the ability to protect them, but many only prioritize their own families, neglecting their responsibility toward other women and girls. Even when they witness a catastrophe, they may choose to ignore it. This allows wrongdoers to harm girls, often in plain sight. Unfortunately, in such situations, instead of helping, people may pass judgment on the victims.

By turning a blind eye to these injustices against women and girls, we inadvertently empower those who commit such acts and misuse technology. The solution lies in not ignoring the wrongs around us, but in stepping up to help those in need. Each of us should assume the responsibility of safeguarding girls and women. The pressing questions are: Why does this hunger for control extend to baby girls? What drives the misuse of innovations that were intended to benefit everyone? Such actions contribute to the fear of giving birth to baby girls, leading to their tragic demise even before they're born.

It's incumbent upon all of us to protect every woman and girl around us. Can't we? Are we truly helpless? Are we truly blind?

😟Impact of Stress 😟

The world today is  becoming more and more competitive. To cope with this competitive world, people have to keep pace with it. As a result, some people believe their lives are more stressful than they used to be.

In today's high-tech world, there is so much to do for people. The majority of people are busy and have no time for anything else. This has, however, impacted the lives of many individuals from children to adults, rich to poor. Firstly, children are anxious about facing the world in the future. Therefore, to do this effectively they are fighting for the top position in universities and colleges. This, in turn, leads to the stress of achieving the goal in life. An adolescent's stressful life is often exacerbated by a lack of respect and light bonding in the family.  

As for adults, who have acquired knowledge and are currently employed, they face the tension of salary to meet their needs and fulfil their desires. Job satisfaction and the low income they earn is another factor causing stress. Furthermore, life also becomes stressful for those who are unemployed. Interestingly, people who are rich, well to do and have everything in life, also face problems like insecurity. This is due to the fact that the crime rate is increasing day by day. 

Challenges and problems are part of life. Everyone has to face it someday.  

We should follow some healthy ways to cope up with stress. 

*Practice meditation.

*Take good  nutrition.

*Connect with others.

*Enjoy nature.

*Give time to yourself.

In Search of Happiness

What is happiness? Is it something that can be bought with money? Is it something that can be borrowed? Indeed, happiness is an emotion that is felt, and it can be quite elusive to define it precisely. It's a subjective experience that varies from person to person and can be triggered by various sources. A child's sweet smile can uplift one's mood and bring joy even during difficult times. Birds chirping, soft music from the brook, or a few minutes of affection can lift a person's spirits. 

Happiness is often a fleeting and personal feeling that emerges from within ourselves, and it cannot be borrowed from others. While people can influence our emotions and contribute to our happiness, true happiness ultimately comes from within, and each individual has their unique path to finding it.

Regardless of how much happiness you experience, it is normal for your feelings to fluctuate over time. Embracing the ups and downs of life and finding moments of joy can lead to a more fulfilling and contented existence. Cherishing the simple things that bring happiness, like a smile or a heartfelt moment, can help cultivate a positive outlook on life.

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

Above mentioned quote by Nelson Mandela is pregnant with a meaning that education is a weapon of social change and human progress. It is also a powerful tool to cultivate values in an individual. And, right education will take a good human being out of students, which seems impossible when it is found that teachers themselves are not sufficiently equipped to enable our nation. That's why most of the schools are struggling to deliver quality education and are creating grade achievers not good human beings with absolute values in them. The welfare of the humanity lies neither in scientific or technological advancement nor in acquisition of material comforts. Rather, it lies in to enrich the character and to make students disciplined in every walk of life.

While teaching students, the schools are training their minds and making them intellectually enriched but they are not helping them grow ethically and morally who can be of great help for the social and national causes in the time of crisis. It is very well said that a good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination. Therefore, we need to design a new paradigm which will be a proper mix of Quality Education in Peace -Loving Environment. When a student obtains a high grade in the examination; it does not talk about Quality Education, if he fails to acquire social and humanitarian skills. Quality Education talks of a set of skills necessary in our individual, academic and social life whereas academic attainment is only a portion of that set of skills. The values that a school passes on to students are as important as the school curriculum. This type learning will equip students to overcome obstacles on their path to lead a successful happy life.

As an educationist, I would like to say that it becomes our pivotal role to shape the personality of a child in to a healthy mind and happy souls, who is not supposed to be equipped with 21st Century skills and aptitude required to academic excellence but helping him face the challenges of life in a balanced and harmonious way.

Acknowledgement and appreciation can do wonders.

Acknowledgement and Appreciation

These two words seem fancy in themselves, so is their magic. Everyone needs to be acknowledged and appreciated for their good, handsome deeds, whether they are adults or children.

This not only makes them feel accepted but boosts their morale and encourages them to go beyond their limits and achieve the impossible.

We, human beings must understand this need of every other human being and appreciate others as much as we can. The timely and apt  praise is the only ingredient that is required to have brave  soldiers at every front in different arenas of life.

I was on cloud nine when I received such an acknowledgement and appreciation. One fine day, I was sitting in my cabin, engrossed in my routine tasks, when Mr. Rakesh, one of my colleagues approached me and handed over a big white envelope. I was quite surprised to receive an envelope bearing the national emblem in golden colour with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's name on it. My surprise as well as joy knew no bounds. It seemed as if I was soaring high in the sky. I never expected a letter from our respected Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi ji, not even in my far dream .

This letter was to acknowledge and appreciate our efforts to participate in the 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' event launched by the Ministry. While participating, it never occurred to me that our small effort to put forth our views may have wonderful results.

I really appreciate the steps taken by the Ministry to issue letters of appreciation to all the participants. It must have taken much effort and pains of people from different departments to issue and deliver the same. I also the appreciate our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi ji for his vision and respect he gives to each member of society. His such a sweet gesture has filled me with huge respect for him as well as my nation. This letter reminds me of my responsibility to participate in such events and contribute towards my nation ‘My Great India’.

Amidst the journey to success, you might be in the state of challenges but you ought to express courage to combat the challenges. Things will be difficult in the beginning but as the time goes by, will become easy for you to handle.
