Self-discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don't control what you think, you cannot control what you do. Self-discipline is the key to success.

Meditation is one of the ways that should be adopted for self discipline. It gives you the ability not to give up on failures and setbacks. It develops self-control, which provide the ability to resist distractions. Social media platforms, chatting apps and web series are extremely addictive and ovstacles in the path of attaining self control.Rather these platforms inculcate In us the features of aggresion and arrogance. In order to practice self-discipline, it is important to stay away from these distractions. Self - discipline acts as a motivational  agent fir the accomplishment  of goals. It is crucial to Reward yourself for every goal you achieve. This will stimulate you to work hard to achieve more. This is a good way to achieve peace of mind and soul. 

Achieving self-discipline may be difficult but not impossible. You can achieve anything in life if you stay positive and believe in yourself. Always stay positive.  It is a pre-requisite for  self-discipline. It helps you to remain focussed towards yoür goal and achieve success in your life.
