Topic : Health is Wealth

Health is Wealth

Though a very old saying yet it holds true in today’s fast paced life where people are overlooking their health and are easily vulnerable to various diseases.
As a child I’ve always wondered if this dictum is actually significant as everyone was busy accumulating wealth at the cost of their health or even their loving families. All those hard working people toiling day and night to earn money and providing all the luxuries of life to their loved ones are respected and adored the most ; however they might  realize quite late in their lives the importance of health over wealth.
The people with a hefty bank balance and a huge bungalow are considered wealthy however their money would be of no use if they are not healthy to enjoy the blessings of their lives.
“A healthy mind resides in a healthy body”
A healthy person can earn lots of money however an unhealthy person cannot because of lack of motivation, interest and concentration level. Money is a source to live a healthy life however good health is the source to live a happy and peaceful life.
So, good health matters more than money. We all should maintain  our good health to be wealthy in real sense.
Here are certain tips which can help a person to be healthy and happy.
       1.     Avoid unhealthy food with high calories.
       2.     Eat breakfast at right time.
       3.     Take balanced diet.
       4.     Add colors to your diet i.e  fruits and vegetables of different colors.
       5.     Drink plenty of water.
       6.     Do daily physical exercise or yoga and meditation.
       7.     Shun bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol etc.
       8.     Do develop certain hobby to keep you going.
       9.     Take sound sleep of six to eight hours.
