Helping and Sharing

We all know that we all are human beings. We all live together on the same planet and share sun, land and water equally. We all love those people who are always with us in our ups and downs and when the time comes we show our affection to them by helping them in their tough times. This shows what is humanity. We all have a heart which says us to share things with others and help them when they need it. This is 'Helping & Sharing'. Whenever we help someone, we have a feeling of positivity in our mind, the joy we gain from it cannot be conveyed in words but on the other side, we have a person who thinks, this is mine, why should I give him". The one who thinks like that is no less than a devil, in fact he is not even a human being. He lives all alone, in his dark room full of those evil spirits wandering around him. He can never attain happiness, joy or peace. Remember when you do good to someone you will surely repay it. #Good begets Good. #Evil begets Evil. So, which one would you like to be? The one who does not share anything or the one who loves sharing?

POWER OF MEDIA

Media can change opinions because it has access to people and this gives a lot of strength. This strength can either be used constructively by educating the people or it can be used destructively by misleading the innocent people. Power of media can transform the whole society specially in developing countries it can be used as a 'weapon of mass destruction'. But I think the most important use of media is to educate the people about the basic human rights. Education and discipline is the key to success. This is the difference between the nation and the crowd. Media men have access to people and they have an audience. Their program have an impact and people listen to them. That's why they are more responsible for the betterment of the society. They should work to educate the people, to help the people and to empower the people.

ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in Education
Ø  Information and communication technologies (ICT) include computers, the Internet, broadcasting technologies (radio and television) and telephony. While the rise of computers and the Internet has provoked great interest in the ways in which they can be applied in education to improve its efficiency and effectiveness at all levels.
Ø  As a result of the increasing application of ICTs in education, a number of new learning approaches have emerged. E-learning encompasses learning at all levels, formal as well as non-formal, using information networks such as the Internet, an intranet (LAN) or extranet (WAN) for course delivery, interaction and facilitation. Blended learning refers to learning models that combine traditional classroom practice with e-leaning solutions.
Ø  Schools use a diverse set of ICT tools to communicate, create, disseminate, store, and manage information. ICT has also become integral to the teaching-learning interaction, through such approaches as replacing chalkboards with interactive digital whiteboards, using students’ own smartphones or other devices for learning during class time, and the “flipped classroom” model where students watch lectures at home on the computer and use classroom time for more interactive exercises.
Ø  When teachers are digitally literate and trained to use ICT, these approaches can lead to higher order thinking skills, provide creative and individualized options for students to express their understandings, and leave students better prepared to deal with ongoing technological change in society and the workplace.

Role of parents in child’life.
Parents are the child’s first role model. Children behave, react and imitate same as their parents. Parents play an important role in encouraging and motivating their kids to learn.
In the early years, parents are their children’s first teacher- exploring nature, reading together and counting together. When a child begins formal school, the parent’s job is to show him how school can extend the learning you began together at home and how exciting and meaningful this learning can be.
One of the most important thing a parent can do is notice his or her child. Is he talkative or shy? A parent must pay attention to what his or her child loves. Find out what interests him and help him explore it. Many teachers encourage parents to go over what their young children are learning in a non- pressured way and to practice what a child learns at school. Help your child take charge of his learning and become responsible for it. Watching lots of T.V does not give children the chance to develop their own interest and explore on their own. So keep T.V to a minimum.
Just like any other relationship a parent child relationship is impacted by each person’s thought, feeling and behaviour. If both individuals have positive thoughts and feeling about one another and their behaviour are mutually respectful, it is likely that the relationship is healthy, functional and satisfying.

Save water save life.
Water is precious gift of God on earth.life exist on the earth because of the availability of water. It is found everywhere and known as life.It takes nothing from us but gives life to us. We also know that there is very less percentage of clean water means drinking water available on the earth. We need water in all the walks of life from morning till night like drinking, washing, bathing, watering plant. There are different methods we can follow to save water.Rain water harvesting is one of the most effective and suitable method among save water techniques. We should take a pledge and make life long motto of "save water save life save earth."we should understand the value of water drops and save it.......

RURAL UPLIFT PROGRAMME IN INDIA

In free India, rural uplift programmes were initiated in the year 1952 under community development programme.  These were aimed at changing the face of the countryside, and building a new outlook among the village folk.  Under the Five Year Plans, a high priority is being given to these programmes.  Much is yet left to be done as most of the people live in villages
The goals of the community development programme are quite ambitious.  With the advent of scientific methods of agriculture, increased production of wheat, rice, barley, cotton and other crops has been achieved and efforts go unabated in this direction.  Cottage industries are the backbone of village wage-carners.  Substantial increase in the production of cottage goods based on agro, marine and natural products or bio-products has generated employment in the rural sector.  Co-operative credit societies have sprung up to cope with the increasing demand of capital by small farmers and workers engaged in cottage industries.  Increase in agricultural production , rural industrialization and a change in the outlook of the rural people are thus the outstanding features of the village uplift programmes.
During the Five Year Plans, the community development programme has shown excellent results.  Village link roads, rural water supply and sanitation, electrification and mass education are the areas where much work has already been done.  Minor irrigation schemes are coming up and the village industries are booming.  Primary health centres and veterinary health care units are roaring with improved life and livestock.
Rural employment, health, education, sanitation, storage of wheat rice and increase in agriculture and industrial production are the areas which still demand attention. Let us hope that Indian villages regain their old glory, health and prosperity.
